- There are no refunds given for any reason,, every sale/services is final and store credit will be given only. We are a small--family business and sacred temple. 

- Prices are subjective to change without any notice. 

- There is a 10 minute wait period for all sessions, if a session is not started after 10 minutes, the session will be rescheduled for the soonest possible date. If the second session is also late or missed, you will be asked to purchase and schedule a new service.

3. No Refund Policy
All payments for services, products, and digital content are final and non-refundable. Once a booking or purchase is made, refunds will not be issued for any reason.
Exceptions: Refunds or alternative accommodations may be considered solely at our discretion in emergency situations.
Credit Toward Future Services: If a session is missed or rescheduled, the payment may be used as credit toward a future service, subject to availability.
By booking a service or purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

4. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
10-Minute Grace Period: If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment, your session will be considered a no-show and will be automatically rescheduled to the next available time agreed upon both parties. 

No Refunds: We are a small business-- there are no refunds however store credit is always given. Please reach out with any questions or emergency situations and both parties will come to a resolution at facilitator discretion. 

Rescheduling Requests: Clients must request rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. Late requests are not guaranteed.
By booking an appointment, you accept and agree to this Rescheduling & No-Show Policy.

5. Privacy Policy
